DC/DC Converters from 12V AlfaTRONIX
The DD series converters meet high efficiency parameters (around 90% for converters without galvanic isolation and 85% with galvanic isolation) and low consumption - in an unloaded state, they draw less than 100mA.
Low operating temperature and the use of reliable semiconductor components ensure low failure rates (the mean time between failures is approximately 160 years!). Mechanically, they are made from drawn aluminum profiles with an anodized surface finish and have no ventilation openings.
The mounting is very practical and quick even in inaccessible places (plastic snap-on holder with three screws). They are suitable for the automotive, marine, or aviation industries as well as for industrial applications. DC/DC converters are manufactured for power loads from 36W to 600W in versions with and without galvanic isolation.
